Dispatch Times
Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (UK time) from Monday to Friday are typically dispatched the same working day.
Next-Day Dispatch: Orders placed after 2:00 PM, or during weekends and public holidays, will be processed and dispatched on the next business day.
Our Delivery Service
We exclusively use Royal Mail Tracked 24 to ensure your parcel is handled with care and reaches you as quickly as possible.
Standard Tracked Delivery (Royal Mail 24): * Estimated Arrival: 1–2 working days.
Full Tracking: You will receive a tracking number to monitor your parcel via the Royal Mail website.
Free Delivery: We are pleased to offer Free Delivery on all orders over £99.
Shipping Areas
We currently deliver to all addresses within the United Kingdom, including:
England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
Please note: We do not currently ship to PO Boxes or international addresses outside of the UK.
Missed Deliveries
If you are unavailable when your order arrives, Royal Mail will typically leave a “Something for you” card. This will provide instructions on how to arrange a free redelivery or collect your parcel from your local delivery office.
